Our pipe fence is built from schedule 40 and schedule 80 steel pipe — the same heavy-wall material used in agricultural and industrial applications. We weld every joint. No clamps, no clips, no hardware that loosens after the first hard winter. Pipe diameters, rail spacing, and post depth are all customized to your specific livestock type and terrain. A cattle operation along the Belle Fourche River needs different specs than a horse property on a rocky hillside near Deadwood, and we know the difference.

Continuous fence — sometimes called continuous rail or running fence — is one of the most requested pipe fence styles in the Black Hills. The rails run uninterrupted for long stretches, giving you a clean, consistent look that also happens to be incredibly strong. It’s a popular choice for property boundary lines, highway-frontage fencing, and large pasture divisions. We can run continuous fence for hundreds of feet across open ground, working around terrain features and matching grade changes as we go.
